What it does
VisualRoute presents traceroute paths with hop metrics, maps, repeated ping plots and saved trace history.
Trace a target and switch among the hop table, latency graph and continuous Ping Plot when investigating an intermittent path problem. History is organized by target, helping compare changes across time, while alternate-route features expose additional observed paths. Keep the probe origin with the result because local and server-side tracing use different viewpoints. A geolocation map gives address-derived context; it does not establish the physical cable route or every route available to real traffic. The current product page lists Windows 10/11, a bundled Java runtime and a 15-day free trial. Confirm the edition’s remote and multipath features before planning a recurring workflow.
