What it does

Vivid combines European business accounts, corporate cards, invoicing and bookkeeping preparation. Its Enterprise plans add budgets, custom permissions and payment approvals for teams that delegate spending.

Vivid has separate pricing routes for companies, enterprises and freelancers. On the company comparison, Free Start has no monthly account fee, includes euro accounts and SEPA Instant transfers, and cannot send outgoing SWIFT payments. Inactive cards can still incur monthly charges: €1 for a virtual card and €2 for a physical card on Free Start.

Where the team controls fit

Company plan Displayed monthly fee Budgets, custom roles and approval flows
Free Start €0 Not included
Enterprise €79 Included
Enterprise+ €249 Included

The Basic and Pro company plans also exclude these team controls. A team budget can cover spending within one IBAN, while custom roles restrict actions and account visibility. Payment approval can involve up to three stages. These distinctions matter more than the number of cards if a finance manager needs to approve colleagues’ spending.

Company eligibility depends on registration country, legal form and activity. Vivid’s supported list includes Germany, France, Spain, Slovenia and Switzerland, among other European countries; all directors must live in the EEA or Switzerland. Sole proprietors have a separate country list.

An employee can begin the application as the account Owner. Directors are added as Administrators during registration, giving both roles broad account control. Agree who should hold those roles before delegating the setup.

Strengths

  • A no-monthly-fee company account includes euro accounts and SEPA Instant transfers.
  • Enterprise plans combine budgets, custom roles and staged payment approval.

Watch out for

  • Free Start charges for inactive cards and does not support outgoing SWIFT payments.
  • Team budgets and approval flows require an Enterprise plan.

Best for

  • European companies that need cards and invoices in the same account service
  • Finance teams comparing permissions and spending approval controls
