What it does

Vocol is an AI voice collaboration platform that transcribes audio and video into text. It supports Chinese, Japanese and English, and generates summaries, key topics and action items. Teams can share files, leave comments and track insights in a Highlight Hub.

Vocol is built for people who record meetings, calls, interviews, podcasts and online courses and want transcripts without manual note taking. You upload pre-recorded audio or video files, or connect meeting platforms such as Teams, and Vocol generates multilingual transcripts, key topics and summaries. A Highlight Hub collects highlights so teammates can share, comment and follow progress. Analytics show data usage, topic word clouds and collaboration interaction. The platform supports Chinese, Japanese and English, and the interface is available in those languages too. Files can be up to 180 minutes, while recordings started by meeting bots are limited to 60 minutes per meeting. Pricing uses V-points: every account gets 200 free V-points, and 1 V-point covers 1 minute of transcription. Paid options include pay as you go and monthly or annual subscriptions, with an enterprise plan for custom needs. More meeting platform integrations are listed as coming soon, so check whether your tool is supported before relying on automatic recording.
