What it does
VolunteerLocal is volunteer-management software with scheduling for both ongoing programs and single events. Its official site describes daily, weekly, and monthly shifts, volunteer sign-up pages, automated communications, a searchable database, and reporting.
VolunteerLocal supports recurring volunteer programs as well as single events. Organizers configure shifts and publish a branded landing page where volunteers choose opportunities without requiring a password. The product also includes volunteer records, email and SMS communication, attendance tracking, and reports.
A festival coordinator could post event shifts and track check-in, while a community program could manage recurring weekly opportunities. The official VolunteerLocal site describes the scheduling workflow but directs pricing questions to its pricing page; plan costs were not captured here. I did not create an event or submit a volunteer registration.
