What it does
VTEX combines commerce operations for consumer, business, and marketplace sales with a wider customer-experience and retail-media suite. Its administration tools include order search, event history, and invoicing controls.
A customer-service investigation can start with a name or email. Enter it in All Orders and choose Remove date limit to find older orders. This deactivates the other filters, so keep unrestricted customer lookups separate from filtered reports.
Open an order's timeline to inspect events, or choose View diagram for its flow. Within a sent-email event, Resend Email sends the message again. That action is available only within fifteen minutes after invoicing, which matters when answering a delayed customer request.
Each administrator needs a registered email and at least one role. Account settings > Users is where administrators assign access; choose roles around the order tasks each person handles. Fees and payment terms are agreed for the contracted service scope, so obtain a proposal covering the commerce setup and related services.
