What it does

Vultus Connect is a workforce-management application for staffing back-office operations. It combines employee information, documents, timesheets, expenses and self-service with payroll, invoicing, collections and related client or vendor records.

Configure client project rates, timesheet frequency and invoice settings before collecting hours. Connect supports weekly, fortnightly, twice-monthly or monthly submissions, with separate submitted, reviewed and approved states.

Set reminders and approval steps around the client's agreement. Invoices can cover one consultant or group a project's consultants, with approved timesheets attached. Expenses can flow into payroll or client billing. Employee documents and work-authorization records remain alongside this back-office process.

Connect uses a recurring per-user subscription, with annual-billing options and a published plan requiring at least 25 users. Confirm which worker and back-office logins count toward your order. The Connect portal requires an email address and password and recommends Chrome. Trial access is advertised, so request the duration and included scope when arranging it.

Strengths

  • Allows different timesheet schedules and approval paths for client projects.
  • Can group consultant invoices while attaching the approved timesheets.

Watch out for

  • A published Connect plan requires a minimum of 25 users.

Best for

  • Staffing businesses connecting consultant records and timesheets with back-office administration
