What it does
Vyapar tracks expenses, purchases, stock costs and outstanding payments alongside GST billing for Indian shops and small businesses. Basic mobile use is free, while paid licences add accounting and business-management features. Desktop use starts with a seven-day trial.
Vyapar builds a small business's financial picture from its daily sales and purchase activity. Expense records, stock costs and pending payments help explain profit beyond the day's sales total. Purchase bills can be scanned into entries, and separate staff roles support counter billing. Offline bills are saved locally and synchronize when the connection returns.
Mobile and desktop prices differ
Vyapar's accounting pricing section lists these annual prices in Indian rupees:

The free mobile plan covers one business, invoices, expense tracking and GST reports. Silver allows three businesses; Gold allows five and adds chart-of-accounts and trial-balance functions. Retail Pro includes unlimited businesses and warehouse transfers. Desktop has a seven-day trial. Tax treatment is not stated beside these prices.
Send the shop's records to Tally
A shop whose accountant uses Tally can export a selected period rather than re-entering its sales. This requires a Vyapar desktop Gold licence and a licensed, running copy of Tally.
- Open Utilities > Export to Tally in Vyapar.
- Choose the date range and transaction types, then click Export to Tally.
- Find the generated Master and Voucher files in the Tally Export folder under Documents.
- Configure Tally's import for its version, then import Masters before Vouchers.
The reverse import is also available through Utilities > Import from Tally. Its All Data option reaches back at most four financial years, and Tally must run without custom TDL modifications.
To begin with new records, download Vyapar, sign up, then enter business details, items and GST settings before creating bills. The site lists Windows, Mac, Android and iOS versions; check the licence for the devices you intend to synchronize.
