What it does

WALLARY builds layouts from photographs or artworks, with adjustable crops, sizes, backgrounds, frames and mats. It can save and share an arrangement or show a single image or gallery on a wall using Apple ARKit. Basic use is free without registration, while Pro adds multi-image layouts and more editing controls.

WALLARY is useful when the question is which pictures belong together. Choose your own photograph or an image from its Unsplash gallery, select a frame and mat, and open AR mode to see it on the intended wall. The scanning guide tells you to align the blue marker with the wall's bottom edge, then use Place Marker.

For a hallway display, compare the pictures as a group before deciding where to hang them. Pro adds multi-image arrangements, ready-made layouts, a fuller toolbar for frames and colours, and a gallery for saving designs. These features are paid, even though the basic app is free and does not require registration.

The app uses Apple's ARKit and runs on compatible iPhones and iPads. Its store requirements specify iOS or iPadOS 14 or later, alongside suitable AR hardware. Export copies of arrangements you want to keep before removing the app, since locally stored work can be lost. WALLARY does not take ownership of your uploaded content; you remain responsible for permission to use the pictures.
