What it does

WallPictureApp presents artwork in room scenes or on uploaded wall photographs. It supports dimensions, frames, mats, shadows, multiple artworks and augmented-reality placement, with apps for iOS, Android and macOS. Free walls are included, with credits, subscriptions and a lifetime purchase for premium settings.

A client's own room can answer a question that a generic interior cannot. Import their wall photo, place the artwork and enter its dimensions in inches or centimetres. WallPictureApp also supports multiple pieces, custom mats and frames, and placing artwork behind existing objects in the scene. These controls help when comparing a single large print with a smaller grouped arrangement.

The AR feature offers another way to explore placement by pointing the device at a real wall and moving or resizing the artwork. For a shareable proposal, keep rooms or clients in separate projects and export with a predefined or custom crop ratio. Freeform PNG artwork can retain an irregular outline.

Wall access What it covers
Free Basic use and a selection of supplied walls
Credits Buy individual premium walls for ongoing use
Subscription Full premium library while the subscription remains active
Lifetime A single purchase for the premium walls and features

Preview a premium wall with your artwork before buying it. Credit purchases remove its watermark and, on iOS, remain tied to the same iCloud account. Exported compositions can advertise your work on business websites, social media and shops such as Etsy. Obtain permission for any client photograph you import.

Strengths

  • Can use a client’s wall photograph and place multiple artworks.
  • Combines conventional room previews with AR placement.

Watch out for

  • The broader premium-wall library requires a purchase or paid access.

Best for

  • Artists and photographers discussing placement with clients.
