What it does

Walls.io collects social content and audience submissions for websites, event screens and digital signage. Organizers choose how posts are filtered and approved before display. A registered account includes a 14-day trial without a card; a paid plan is needed to keep the wall active afterward.

For a conference screen, choose the moderation mode before inviting submissions. In the Moderation tab, Manual holds posts until you select Show. Automatic publishes content according to your filters; you can still hide or show individual items in Moderation > Moderate Posts.

Date filters can restrict the wall to the event period, and keyword rules can exclude unwanted topics. Filters operate in Automatic mode. The duplicate filter compares text, so it does not detect repeated images or videos. User blocking also has a specific exception: it cannot identify users from Instagram hashtag sources.

Direct Posts gives attendees another way to contribute. Enable it in the dashboard to display a Create Post button and QR code, then visitors can upload photos, video or messages without a social account. Their submissions join the same wall and follow its moderation settings. This suits internal events where colleagues would rather avoid a public social post.

Walls.io offers event, website and signage packages plus tailored enterprise arrangements. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and remain active through the paid period after cancellation. When the card-free trial ends, the account becomes inactive, but its settings are retained for a later upgrade.
