What it does
Weasis displays DICOM and common image formats with rendering controls, linked views, measurements and image exports.
Weasis offers different outputs for an imaging workflow. Local export can produce DICOM media or ordinary images such as TIFF, JPEG and PNG, while measurements and annotations can be stored as DICOM Presentation States or XML. Choose the output that preserves the information another viewer needs. Comparison also has a coordinate condition: its documented automatic synchronization groups views by Frame of Reference, excluding unassociated views. Manual synchronization is a separate fallback based on relative slice index. Matching the scroll position is therefore not enough by itself to establish matching physical locations across two series.
