What it does
weclapp combines postings, unpaid-invoice tracking and financial reporting with customer records, projects and inventory. Its cloud ERP, a shared system for business operations, serves companies rather than consumers. Paid user licences follow a 30-day trial.
weclapp brings financial bookkeeping into the same system as stock, customers and service projects. A wholesaler can concentrate on stock and ordering, whereas a service business can organize project work and time alongside customer relationships.
Turn payments into accounting records
Import bank transactions through a connected payment service or the manual import function. Match a transaction to an unpaid invoice, or use the bulk action for several items, then create the posting. Recurring entries can be saved as templates.
The invoice workflow feeds the open-item list, showing which bills remain unpaid. Collection reminders can use different stages, charges and payment deadlines, with emails sent from weclapp.
For the accountant, weclapp offers DATEV exports and an Austrian BMD export. Finalizing a journal entry makes it permanent rather than leaving it as a removable draft.

Starter is monthly only and cannot be combined with the other packages. Dienstleistung and Handel support an API, a way for other software to exchange data with weclapp. They also accept optional role-specific licences and paid add-ons.
The accounting role starts at €39 monthly. An external tax adviser can obtain free access at the client's request; this is not a free business subscription.
Try the workflow before ordering
The test account lasts 30 days and expires without becoming paid automatically. It offers all modules and sample data, with product tours and help inside the application. A paid order starts the contract.
Choose a service or trading package around the work you need to connect to accounting. Stock, warehouse and production functions belong to Handel rather than the entry package.
