What it does
Weekdone connects objectives and key results, or OKRs, with weekly status updates and manager feedback. Its Plans, Progress, Problems format separates priorities, finished work and obstacles. Teams of up to three people can use the full feature set free; larger teams get a fourteen-day trial.
On your personal page, update quarterly goal progress and add a comment, then fill the weekly categories. Put completed work in Progress, the next priorities in Plans and blocked work in Problems. Daily or weekly reminders can prompt updates, and replying to a reminder email adds items to Weekdone.
The compiled report reaches colleagues and managers by email. They can comment on individual updates, ask for detail and recognize contributions. For example, an unresolved dependency belongs in Problems, where the manager can see why next week's plan may need to change.
All features are included for up to three users. Adding a fourth starts a fourteen-day trial, after which paid access is needed for the larger team. Monthly or annual billing is available. Register with a name, email and password, or use Google; no payment card is needed to start.
