What it does
WeSupply manages post-purchase tracking, notifications, returns and store pickup. Merchants can route returned items using product and policy conditions, including separate destinations for suppliers. An account starts with a 14-day trial without a card, followed by selectable subscription packages.
A store selling its own inventory and dropshipped goods can route warehouse stock back to its own facility while sending supplier items to their original vendor. Intelligent Disposition supports that split, and each vendor sees only assigned returns. Destination-specific labels can also send goods to repair or donation centers.
Rules can use region, product type, reason, resolution and order tags. Policy Enforcer approves, rejects or flags requests for review; support staff can override the destination when a case needs different handling.
| Package | Selected capabilities |
|---|---|
| Growth | Tracking integrations, return methods, policy controls and variant exchanges |
| Advanced | Adds broader exchange choices, routing rules and store returns |
| Enterprise | Custom integrations, dedicated onboarding and unlimited return destinations |
Subscriptions can be monthly or annual, with extra shipments and returns charged beyond the selected allowance. An administrator manages plans under Settings > Account & Billing. Activating a paid plan includes confirming the choice and verifying the payment source.
