What it does
Windsor.ai connects business platforms to dashboards, spreadsheets, warehouses and AI tools. Scheduled destination tasks deliver data repeatedly, while the free plan supports one source account after the trial.
A Google Ads platform connection and its client accounts use different Windsor.ai allowances. Each selected client account beneath a manager account counts separately. The destination, such as a spreadsheet or reporting dashboard, is a separate part of the setup.
Create an account with Google, Microsoft or an email and password. The connection screen starts with Add data and then Preview and Destination, where the connected data can be prepared for its reporting tool.
| Plan | Data sources / accounts | Destination-task schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Forever Free after the trial | 1 / 1 | Limited free scope |
| Basic | 3 / 75 | Daily; 5 tasks |
| Standard | 7 / 75 | Hourly; unlimited tasks |
The initial 30-day trial is broader than the permanent free plan: it includes one user, 10 sources, 15 accounts and five destination tasks, with 30 days of historical data. Paid plans allow unlimited users. The free plan returns to one user, one source and one account afterward, so a multi-client report may need a paid subscription even when it worked during the trial.
Strengths
- Offers several destinations for the same connected business data.
- Provides a permanent free entry point for one source account.
Watch out for
- The free plan contracts after its initial trial.
- Connected accounts and destination-task schedules have plan limits.
Best for
- Analysts routing source data into an existing reporting stack
