What it does

Wisepops combines website popups, embedded campaigns and surveys. Forms can save each submitted step, helping teams collect contact details before asking follow-up questions. Paid plans scale with pageviews.

In your Wisepops account, create a campaign and add a survey block. Set the questions, confirmation in Last step and audience under Display Rules, then save and publish. Analytics → Survey answers filters results by campaign, time, device or country. Charts cover select-type answers; download other responses. For translated campaigns, keep question IDs and answer values aligned to combine results.

Multi-step forms need buttons linked with Show next step; disconnected steps are unreachable. Each submitted step is saved. If an email provider is connected, put its primary contact identifier first. Without that connection, you can ask for it later. A campaign supports up to ten steps.

Choosing service and traffic capacity

Subscriptions scale with monthly pageviews. The managed option includes a traffic audit, a dedicated strategist and recurring business reviews. Smaller Shopify sites can use lower-priced self-service plans. Every plan includes the platform features, and annual billing includes two months free. Discuss the traffic volume and service level you need before choosing a subscription.

Strengths

  • Submitted steps are saved progressively
  • Translated surveys can share reporting through consistent question identifiers

Watch out for

  • Email-connected forms need the main contact identifier in the first step
  • Survey charts exclude text and other non-select answers

Best for

  • Website teams collecting progressive or multilingual survey feedback
