What it does
WiziShop hosts online stores with catalog, checkout, stock and marketing tools. Merchants can control sold-out pages and automatic replenishment messages. It offers a seven-day trial without a bank card, followed by a paid subscription; creating a store requires an account.
In Configuration > Stock, hiding a sold-out product removes its page and produces a 404. Making it unavailable removes it from menus while preserving its direct URL. Keeping it visible allows an out-of-stock message and customer email signup.
To send back-in-stock alerts, keep sold-out products visible and enable the visitor email option. Emails go out when stock returns, but merchants cannot inspect the subscriber list. The order-state settings separately decide whether a refund restores inventory.
| Plan | Published subscription, excluding tax | Products | Platform transaction fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Smart | EUR 298.80/year, equivalent to EUR 24.90/month | 1,000 | 2% |
| Business | EUR 1,198.80/year, equivalent to EUR 99.90/month | Unlimited | 1% |
| Enterprise | From EUR 1,300/month; tailored agreement | Unlimited | None |
Monthly billing is also available. Platform transaction fees apply to tax-inclusive sales including shipping. To continue after the trial, provide billing details and a valid payment method. Activating the shop during the trial starts billing early.
