What it does

Wooclap collects audience responses during live sessions and through self-paced questionnaires. Free Starter limits presented questions, while paid plans add distribution, exports and collaboration.

In Self-Paced Session, choose Create questionnaire, add questions and save, or import questions from an event. Use the On/Off toggle to publish, then share the event code or copied Share link.

Participants can open published questionnaires while no live question is being presented in that event. All users can create them, but sharing requires a subscription. Responses use the web. Hide the correct answers keeps answers unavailable after completion until you explain them or share the report.

Business plans

Plan Billing Main scope
Starter Free Five presented questions per month
Basic Annual subscription Unlimited questions, self-paced sessions and PDF/Excel exports
Pro Annual subscription per presenter Basic plus AI tools, collaboration, branding and moderation

Presenters run activities and receive answers; audience members do not count as presenters. The advertised subscription basis excludes VAT. Sign in with email and password, a social account or an organization login where your subscription supports it.

Strengths

  • Existing event questions can be reused in questionnaires
  • Publication can be switched on separately from question creation

Watch out for

  • Self-paced questionnaires cannot receive SMS responses

Best for

  • Business trainers combining live participation with preparation and follow-up questions
