What it does

Woodpecker organizes sales outreach across email and LinkedIn. Its To Check queue separates missing personalization data, automatic replies, campaign overlap and manual pauses. Subscriptions meter sent emails, and a no-card trial lasts up to 14 days or 500 cold emails.

Open a flagged category in To Check before resuming a prospect. A missing snippet needs the absent field, a fallback or revised copy. An automatic reply needs an appropriate follow-up date.

Secondary Reply identifies a response from another address that may belong to the same conversation. Other Campaign can indicate participation or a response elsewhere. Read that context before changing the status. Several categories can affect one prospect, so resolve each relevant issue.

Trial and sending allowance

Create an account to start the no-card trial. It ends at 14 days or 500 cold emails, whichever comes first. Monthly and annual subscriptions meter sends, including follow-ups, separately from stored contacts and team members.

At the sending limit, campaigns stop sending new emails to new prospects. Upgrade the allowance or wait for its billing-date renewal. The service does not automatically move the account to a higher plan.

Strengths

  • Pause categories distinguish data problems from replies and campaign overlap
  • Several simultaneous issues remain visible for the same prospect

Watch out for

  • A prospect may need more than one flagged issue resolved before sending can continue

Best for

  • Sales teams investigating stalled sequence work before resuming follow-up
