What it does
Woopra unifies tracked product activity with data from connected services and databases. Journey, trend, cohort and retention reports sit alongside individual profiles and behavioral automation.
Woopra brings website, product and connected customer activity into individual profiles and journey reports. It can combine touchpoints from marketing, sales and support, so it suits teams investigating what people do between acquisition and a later subscription or purchase.
Pro includes at least five million monthly events, 50 users and two years of retention. Its tools include journeys, trends, retention, profile drilldowns and triggers. Enterprise adds arrangements such as warehouse synchronization, business-account analysis, single sign-on and tailored retention. Both are commercial plans; Pro has a published monthly starting tariff and a 30-day trial.
An account is required. Connect the relevant sources and decide how the same customer is identified across them before interpreting a journey. For a subscription business, a useful first question is how a visitor moves from registration to a paid account, and whether people who contact support follow a different path. That comparison depends on sending the relevant events and linking them to the right profile.
Choose retention around how long the customer journey actually takes. A short campaign and a multi-year renewal review need different history, and Enterprise is the route for a custom retention arrangement.
