What it does
Wordmark previews words, paragraphs and letters across a font collection. Its free plan limits the number of fonts shown, while Pro and Business subscriptions add features such as image exports and uploaded-font access.
Enter a phrase and press Enter, click promising previews, then choose Filter selected fonts to compare the shortlist. After filtering, click a preview to inspect it more closely. This is useful for an invitation or cut-letter design where the shape of the actual word matters.
Installed-font discovery uses browser permission in Chrome and Edge. The current help says Safari and Firefox cannot detect the same local collection. The free plan previews a limited number of fonts; Pro removes that cap and adds features including transparent PNG export. For Cricut artwork, open the selected preview’s Details, choose Export, select a resolution and click Download. The result is an image.
Business adds TTF and OTF uploads, limited to 5 MB per file, for access across devices and shareable customer preview pages. Paid accounts are created during purchase, followed by password setup. Both paid plans offer monthly and annual subscriptions. A Business upload is a separate hosted copy, so the font’s own licence needs to allow that use.
