What it does
RegistrationMagic creates WordPress registration forms and manages entries and user accounts. Automation can select submissions using rules, then change account status, assign roles or send emails. Free and paid editions differ in available actions and support.
From the WordPress dashboard, open RegistrationMagic and create a named form. Use Fields Manager to add fields, then copy its shortcode into a page and publish.
For follow-up tasks, open RegistrationMagic → Automation. Name the task, select its form and set rules. Every enabled rule must match; submission age is measured on the day the task runs. Choose the action, save, then use Run Now.
Role assignment replaces existing roles. Select every role to retain, even if the user already has it. Basic triggers and account actions are free; role changes and automated emails require Premium.
Editions
| Edition | Licence and main scope |

Choose the edition around the registration steps you need, especially approvals, payment handling and automated follow-up.
