What it does

Gutena Forms builds forms inside the WordPress block editor. An Existing Forms block can reuse one central form across several pages, keeping later changes synchronized. The free plugin has paid extensions for more fields and entry management.

Install Gutena Forms through your WordPress administrator account. On a page, add the Form block, choose a layout and edit labels, placeholders and required fields. Select the main container to adjust form settings, then save the page.

For reuse, find the original under Gutena Forms → Forms. Add a Form block on another page, choose Existing Forms and select it. Edit Form opens the central definition. Changes reach every reused view; deleting that original leaves a removal notice on those pages.

Create a separate form when one page needs a different appearance. A field's label is visitor-facing, while Field Name (ID) identifies its data in entries and integrations.

Paid options

Option Main scope
Basic File uploads, hidden/password fields and standard support
Professional All fields plus entry management and advanced filtering
Business User access controls, tags, statuses, notes and integrations
Lifetime All Pro features across unlimited sites

Annual plans offer site-count selections of one, three or ten. The Lifetime option uses a one-time payment. Start with the free plugin when its fields and handling options meet the site's needs.

Strengths

  • One central form can update every page that reuses it
  • Visitor labels are separate from stored field identifiers

Watch out for

  • Deleting a central form affects every page displaying it

Best for

  • WordPress sites reusing enquiry forms across multiple service pages
