Seriously Simple Podcasting adds feed and player workflows to WordPress and is maintained by Castos.
The plugin works with other file hosts, but synchronisation is closer with Castos. Other hosting arrangements can require updating both the provider and WordPress. The plugin itself is free; WordPress hosting and any dedicated media hosting remain separate costs.
