What it does
weForms builds WordPress forms and keeps submissions available for review. Administrators can open an individual entry or export a chosen group for follow-up. A free plugin is available alongside annual Pro licences.
Use your WordPress administrator account to install weForms. In All Forms, choose Add Form, select a template or Blank Form, add fields and save.
To review responses, open the form list and click its Entries count. Details opens a submission. Select the entries needed for a handoff, then use Export Entries to download a CSV organized by entry and question. Delete Entries also works on selected or all records, so check the selection before using it.
Pro licences
| Plan | Sites | Examples of included paid scope |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | 1 | Conditional logic, multistep forms and uploads |
| Professional | 3 | Payments, calculations, quizzes and Mailchimp |
| Business | 10 | Submission PDFs, Zoho, HubSpot and text notifications |
| Developer | Unlimited | AWeber, Zapier and Salesforce connections |
Pro purchases cover one year of updates and support. If the subscription expires, the installed plugin keeps working, but those services end. There is no trial; the refund window is fourteen days. The free version can also start from a blank form.
