The agent searches 400M+ profiles, reaches out to passive candidates, screens every applicant against up to 14 job criteria, and builds shortlists with the reasoning shown. Underneath sits a complete ATS: requisitions, pipelines, interviews, offers, analytics and governance. Jobs post to 200+ job boards and major social platforms, and there is a careers page builder, talent CRM and evaluation tools. After hiring, the same system handles onboarding, time off, time tracking, employee records and payroll preparation. Workable also offers an open platform with MCP and a REST API, so teams can connect their own agents. Pricing starts at $299 per month for the Standard plan, and the Workable Agent runs on AI credits with 3,000 free credits.
