What it does

WorkBoardAI connects company strategy, objectives and key results, or OKRs, with portfolio work and talent management. Its meeting tools use goal progress and unfinished actions to prepare agendas, then carry decisions into later meetings and daily briefings. Managers can also work with their weekly meetings directly inside an AI-agent conversation.

The This Week view in the agent's left panel gathers meetings and action items. Open a meeting there to add topics, create actions and close the meeting from the conversation; colleagues can work in the same meeting record. To open directly in a preferred agent, go to Profile, Settings, Preferences and select it as the start page.

Meeting agendas draw from goals, current work and unfinished actions. Participants receive minutes afterward, while overdue items generate reminders and appear in Daily Focus. Goal measures can draw from connected tools such as Salesforce and Jira, keeping the discussion linked to work progress.

WorkBoardAI uses a platform subscription. Its developer terms also require agent-tier licensing or an equivalent credit allocation for agents accessing the application programming interface. Confirm the modules, agent allowance and commercial terms with the vendor when arranging a demonstration. Accounts support user profiles and authenticated access; the October product guide explicitly starts with logging in.

  • Managers can add topics and actions from the weekly agent view

Watch out for

  • Agent-based programmatic access needs additional licensing or credits
