What it does

WorkBright collects onboarding paperwork and employee documents. Its forms team digitizes company documents during implementation and handles later changes. Paperwork can be assigned by role, department or location and sent to new hires by text or email.

Prepare your forms with the implementation specialist's consultation. WorkBright digitizes the supplied documents, then tests them and holds an administrator training call that includes a final forms review. The specialist creates the company account after intake and emails the administrator a password-setup invitation.

Request a form change

Log in and open the chat icon, then Create a Ticket > Custom Form Request. Choose Fix, Update or New; include the exact form name and the company's WorkBright subdomain. Expediting costs extra. Confirmation arrives by email and chat, and the forms team follows up when the work is complete. Submitting the ticket does not itself change the live form.

WorkBright advertises monthly-priced plans and a 60-day risk-free offer. Confirm the purchased scope and refund conditions with sales; the offer is not described here as free ongoing access. New employees normally use the welcome link to create their password before completing paperwork.

  • Form requests distinguish fixes, updates and new documents

Watch out for

  • Expedited custom-form requests carry an additional fee

Best for
