What it does

Workleap combines employee surveys, recognition and performance conversations with tools that help managers interpret and follow up on feedback. Its Officevibe engagement tools include pulse surveys, written responses and reporting thresholds for small groups. Current annual subscriptions combine a base price with a monthly rate for each manager.

Use a Workleap pulse or custom survey to ask about a team concern, then use the reports and feedback replies to plan a response. A manager investigating workload, for example, can review the trend, respond to written feedback and record a follow-up action.

The anonymity rules affect what a small team can see. Metric scores need three respondents within the relevant 90-day reporting window. Anonymous written feedback needs a group of at least five active members; custom-survey written answers also require five respondents to the question. A person's choice to identify themselves changes those anonymity rules. The Administrator role alone does not grant access to feedback or survey results.

Plan Annual USD base Additional manager charge
Standard 4,999 USD 32 per manager per month, billed annually
Pro 11,999 USD 32 per manager per month, billed annually
Enterprise Custom quote for more than 250 employees Defined in the quote

Pro adds capabilities such as custom segments and software integration access. User invitations expire after seven days, while emailed survey links last fourteen days. A member with an expired survey link can sign in and use Take Survey on the homepage.

Strengths

  • Survey reports connect with written-feedback replies and follow-up actions
  • Published reporting thresholds explain limits for small groups
  • Recognition and performance tools sit alongside employee listening

Watch out for

  • Small groups may not meet the thresholds for visible survey results
  • The annual base price is supplemented by manager charges

Best for

  • Organizations that want managers to act on employee survey results and written feedback
