What it does

WorkMotion supports employer-of-record hiring, direct employment and contractor administration. Its contract workflow starts with the country and adapts the agreement fields to the hire's details. Employee questions and negotiated changes stay with the contract before electronic signing.

Choose the country where the person will work, then enter their details, compensation and time off. WorkMotion uses those choices to generate the contract. The prospective employee can ask questions and negotiate terms in the platform; you can reply and revise the agreement before sending it for DocuSign signatures. This keeps the agreed version and its clarifications together.

Hiring models and starting prices

Service Starting charge Purpose
Employer of Record EUR 499 per employee/month WorkMotion handles local employment and payroll
Direct Hiring EUR 399 per employee/month Register your business as the employer abroad
Contractor Management EUR 29 per contractor/month Contractor projects, invoices and payments
Synmatch AI Included when the resulting hire uses EOR or Direct Hiring Candidate sourcing and screening

Synmatch otherwise charges 10% of the hire's gross annual starting salary. Its conditional inclusion does not remove the employment service fee.

Platform use requires a client account. Contractor users receive invitations to create their own accounts. For a permanent employee, choose the service around who should employ the person and the country's requirements, then confirm the proposed start with WorkMotion.
