What it does
WorkTango combines employee listening with recognition and rewards. Surveys can reach staff without company email addresses, and managers can follow up on comments through Anonymous Conversations. Organizations can buy the survey or recognition product separately, with a minimum twelve-month contract.
WorkTango's Surveys & Insights collects engagement, onboarding and other employee feedback using editable templates. Open comments appear in a Sentiment Cloud, while Anonymous Conversations lets managers ask follow-up questions. Recognition & Rewards has its own peer-feedback tools, including Start, Stop, Continue templates.
Invited respondents can open their survey link or enter a unique code without creating an account. Reports group responses by segments such as department or location. If a segment falls below the configured anonymity threshold, its results are hidden.
