What it does
World Office combines accounting with payroll, inventory and electronic document workflows, plus mobile access and integration interfaces. Cloud subscriptions are billed annually in Colombian pesos, with accounting from Pyme Plus and payroll in Enterprise.
World Office combines Colombian accounting with inventory, customer balances, purchasing, payroll and electronic documents. Cloud plans cover different parts of that work; the entry POS plan does not include accounting. Desktop products are offered separately.
Bank reconciliation in Cloud Enterprise
Download the complete statement from the bank and upload its CSV, TXT, Excel or PDF file. This process uses the file rather than a permanent connection to the bank. Configure the associated ledger account, prefix and cost center for each bank account.
The system compares movements by amount, date and type. Review and approve the proposed matches, inspect their underlying accounting documents and correct individual matches manually when necessary. Bank-charge descriptions can use custom keywords, with the resulting accounting note using the accounts configured for those charges.
Unmatched movements carry into the next period. An incomplete statement prevents identification of the closing balance, so upload the whole period and check the remaining items.

These are the displayed discounted annual subscriptions. World Office states that these Cloud prices do not incur IVA. Renewal is quoted using the rates in effect at that time.
The mobile app provides invoice, purchase and financial-record functions. Enterprise also offers a separate AI connector for querying company reports. Its administrator grants access per user; that connector reads reports and does not create or alter accounting entries. A product demo can help check the required edition before contracting.
