What it does
AI Workflow Automation is a WordPress plugin. You build AI workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas inside wp-admin, wiring triggers, models, logic and outputs into a graph. The plugin is free and can run locally on your own server with your own API keys, or a workflow can be switched to a hosted cloud engine metered in credits. Steps can be routed to providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Perplexity.
Cloud plans are Pro at 24 dollars per month with 3,000 credits and Business at 59 dollars per month with 9,000 credits and an allowance for up to 50 sites. One-time top-up packs cost 10, 25 or 100 dollars, and new accounts get a 50 credit starter grant. Free mode needs no account and runs unlimited workflows locally using your own provider keys. The documentation library covers installation, node types, triggers, scheduling, API settings, security and troubleshooting. Example workflows include an SEO content engine, a support chat agent, lead capture and enrichment, deep research and image generation.
