What it does
MetForm builds WordPress forms in Elementor. Its free plugin covers basic visual form creation; paid plans add conditional questions, multi-step layouts, integrations and calculations. Both WordPress and Elementor are required for the editing workflow.
Build the enquiry inside Elementor
MetForm keeps form design in the Elementor environment. A service enquiry can reveal relevant follow-up questions when the visitor selects a service. Conditional questions and multi-step layouts start with the paid Personal plan. For a support request, this can keep issue-specific questions out of other visitors' paths.
Install and activate the free plugin in WordPress, then open MetForm in the administration sidebar. Its basic editor does not require a separate vendor account. Elementor must also be installed.
Choose features as well as site count
| Paid plan | Sites | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | 1 | Conditional and multi-step forms, quizzes, Google Sheets and CSV/PDF exports |
| Professional | 5 | Adds calculations, signatures, analytics, PayPal and Stripe |
| Agency | Unlimited | Adds connections including Zoho, ActiveCampaign and webhooks |
Annual and lifetime licences are available. A payment or calculated quote form needs Professional or higher, even when it is used on only one site. When checking a conditional form, change the answer that controls its path and confirm that the remaining questions still fit the request.
