What it does
Forminator builds WordPress forms, polls, quizzes and calculators. Its free plugin includes Stripe and PayPal payments, file uploads and connections to other tools. Pro adds capabilities such as recurring Stripe subscriptions and dynamic PDFs through WPMU DEV.
Choose the interaction before arranging fields
A poll needs a question and results; a quiz needs an answer or outcome; an order form needs the information required to fulfil the request. Forminator supports those formats in the same WordPress plugin, with calculations for quantities, options and estimates.
The free version includes Stripe and PayPal for fixed or variable payments. Connect the relevant payment credentials, then add the form to a page with the Forminator block. Recurring Stripe subscriptions are a Pro feature, so a one-off donation and a membership payment have different access requirements.
A submitted request can continue into another process through webhooks for services such as n8n, Zapier or Make. Google Sheets, HubSpot and Slack are also listed connections. Lead-collection fields can accompany a quiz, while conditional email routing directs submissions to the relevant receiving team.
Get the free plugin through WordPress.org. WPMU DEV membership supplies Pro, including dynamic PDFs and geolocation tools; the connected payment and automation services have their own accounts and terms.
