What it does
APNIC Whois Search queries Internet number-resource and routing-registry objects with exact, more-specific and inverse-query options.
Enter an IP address, prefix or AS identifier and choose how broadly APNIC Whois should match it. Exact match, more-specific and less-specific options help distinguish one allocation from related resources; object-type and inverse-attribute filters narrow the result further. Include AS before an autonomous-system number. Template queries can show an object’s fields with or without descriptions. The interface requires JavaScript or its linked legacy form. Treat the results as registration and routing-registry context, then verify a live routing or connectivity question through the appropriate observation source. Record updates belong to the separate MyAPNIC workflow.
