What it does
WS Form builds WordPress forms with layouts, saved submissions and exports. Its free LITE plugin supports unlimited forms and responses. PRO adds conditional actions, calculations and developer tools, with integration bundles varying by licence.
Connect an interaction to the right action
WS Form PRO can reveal shipping-address fields after a checkbox is selected, save progress when the next tab is clicked or run an email action from a button. These are different rules: one changes the questions, another preserves answers, and another sends a message.
Open the Conditional Logic icon at the top of the layout editor, then select Add. The debug console records conditional activity in its Log tab, which helps trace why an action ran.
For a basic free form, activate LITE and open WS Form > Add New. Choose a template or blank form, drag in fields and click Publish, then insert it with the WS Form block or a supported page builder. Submissions can be exported as CSV from WordPress.
