What it does
Wufoo hosts registration, application and contact forms, with reports, rules and payment connections. Its free account allows five forms, 10 fields per form and 100 total entries a month. File uploads require a paid plan, and payment collection starts on Professional.
Wufoo's Form Builder handles fields and form-wide settings, while the Form Manager lists the forms in the account. Add rules when an answer should show a field, skip a page, or change the confirmation message.
For a payment form, the Payment Settings workflow has three parts: Merchant Setup, Payment Options, and Assign Prices. One testing detail matters: opening the actual form and submitting an entry records it and counts toward the plan's monthly entry limit.
