XML-Sitemaps.com is a quick option for a small website that needs a sitemap file. Enter the site's domain and choose Generate Sitemap. The free crawl covers up to 500 pages and needs no registration.
Open Settings if you want automatic last-modified dates or page priorities. Last-modified values come from the server response, while priorities are based on page depth. Check that these values make sense for your site before publishing them.
When the crawl finishes, download the XML sitemap and place it on your website. HTML and plain-text versions are also available: the HTML map can help visitors navigate, while the text file is useful as a simple URL list. Review the discovered pages so that the sitemap includes the content you want search engines to find.
Pro Sitemaps adds hosted sitemaps and paid options for larger sites, automatic updates and image, video or news sitemaps.
