What it does
XRPScan explores XRP Ledger accounts, transactions, ledgers and collectibles. Its developer service has a free research tier, usage-based access priced in XRP and a higher-capacity Enterprise subscription.
Choose the identifier that matches the question. An account link opens activity associated with an XRP Ledger address, while a transaction link identifies one event. XRPScan supports both full transaction hashes and compact transaction identifiers, and provides separate links for mainnet and testnet. Token links include the issuing account as well as the token code.
For a recurring account report, the transactions API returns participants, transaction type, validation information, ledger position and time. Follow the returned marker to retrieve the next page. Stopping after the first response can leave older transactions out of the report.

The API’s default license permits attributed, noncommercial sharing under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Commercial permission is handled separately, so a free request allowance alone does not authorize business reuse.
The per-request route uses a different host and a payment claim issued through Dhali. Its terminal handles the XRP deposit, spending authorization and usage monitoring. Keep that credential private and use the documented host for the chosen plan. A successful data query establishes what XRPScan returned; it does not move assets or resolve an exchange’s internal crediting decision.
