What it does
Xubio combines business accounting, purchase documents, bank matching and practice tasks, with separate plans for companies and accounting firms. The free company tier allows ten purchase and sales documents a month; paid plans raise the limits and add tools.
An image of a supplier invoice can become a purchase entry in Xubio. Comprobantes IA accepts JPG, PNG and PDF files. Select the file and choose Importar; Xubio reads its ARCA QR code and fills the supplier, date, items and taxes. Check those fields against the invoice before Guardar comprobante. The QR code needs to be clearly visible.
This allowance is separate from the plan's ordinary document count. Empresa Básico includes five trial AI imports; Estándar, Avanzado and Pro include twenty. Extra packs are bought inside the account, have no expiry and do not renew monthly.
Free use and company prices
The lasting Empresa Gratis tier is for new accounts. The paid prices below use monthly bank debit and exclude VAT:

Básico currently costs $49,350 monthly for the first three months. Other payment methods cost more. Registration provides fourteen days in the highest plan without a credit card, after which you can choose the ongoing plan.
Working across clients
Practice plans are separate: Estudio Gratis manages one client with 100 purchase and sales documents monthly. Paid practice tiers expand client allowances. The wider workflow includes a task manager, bank matching and inflation-adjustment working papers.
Create the account with an email address, name, country, telephone number and account type. The distinction between a company and a practice matters here: their free allowances and paid packages differ.
