What it does
Youday CRM lets administrators adapt customer-data screens and control access by service or profile. Table exports select columns or a data model for a CSV file. Subscriptions include the functional modules, start at three users and offer monthly access or a 12-month commitment.
Define each team's data access in administration, then adapt the tabs, fields and columns it needs. Rights can follow a service or an individual profile.
For an extract, use the table's Export button, choose columns or a data model and filter the records. Recurring exports can be automated. Name an internal administrator for vendor support, which is reserved for administrator profiles.
