What it does
YOUKU's international viewing site presents Chinese drama, films, variety and animation, with VIP labels on programme cards.
The themed collections are a useful starting point for Chinese drama, especially costume romance. Check the title's VIP label and the offer attached to it before treating the public chart as something you can watch. Charts are labelled for your region, so another country's ranking may differ.
The international user agreement requires users to be at least 18 and describes third-party account sign-in such as Google, Facebook or Apple. VIP has separate terms; read those for the viewing entitlement you are considering.
Watch out for
- The international service agreement requires users to be at least 18.
