What it does
YouTube lets creators publish videos with titles, captions, audience settings and visibility choices through YouTube Studio.
A useful publishing sequence is to upload the file, add the title and audience information, then choose visibility deliberately. YouTube distinguishes importing a file from making it public. Private, unlisted, public and scheduled routes serve different purposes.
The official guide also explains subtitle and end-screen settings and background copyright checks. Those checks are not a final rights clearance: later claims can still affect the video. Daily upload limits and feature eligibility also apply to the channel.
Strengths
- Visibility and scheduling controls separate preparation from release.
Watch out for
- Daily channel upload limits apply.
- Automated copyright checks do not prevent later claims.
