What it does
Zahir provides accounting and financial reports alongside stock, cost-of-goods and payable or receivable tracking for Indonesian businesses. Its cloud plans cover different levels of stock, production and financial management, with a 30-day trial and an account required.
Bring bank transactions into the books
Zahir Online can match a bank statement with transactions already recorded in your accounts. In Kas & Bank > Rekonsiliasi Bank, add the bank account with its ledger account, opening balance and date. Use Import Bank Statement from the account's menu. BCA Personal CSV files can be imported directly; for other formats, put the data into Zahir's downloadable CSV template.
After the preview and import, the reconciliation screen separates matches, possible matches and unmatched items. If several transactions have the same date and amount, open the proposed alternatives and select the right one before reconciling. An unmatched bank entry can be linked to an existing transaction or used to create a new one.
Cloud subscriptions
These monthly rates include PPN tax and require a one-year subscription.

Small Business includes stock, sales, purchases and bank reconciliation. Professional adds fixed assets, production, procurement and foreign currencies. Enterprise adds budgeting and further assistance. Zahir's separately priced ERP Cloud package starts at Rp150 million a year for ten users; it is a different deployment from these subscriptions. Professional accounting services are available separately.
Set up a company
Create the trial account with an email address, name, phone number, occupation and password, then enter the business name and industry. Choosing Indonesian or English also determines the initial chart-of-accounts language. Gunakan akun bawaan supplies default accounts you can edit; leave it unchecked to start with an empty chart and import your own CSV.
Zahir also offers an on-premise version with a permanent licence. Ask for that quote separately if the software needs to run on your own server.
