What it does
Zakeke combines visual product customization, rule-based 3D configuration, asset management and virtual try-on. Its tools connect shopper choices with production-ready files, while an AI studio creates product renders, mockups and video from existing assets. Paid subscriptions offer a 14-day trial, with registration required for service access.
Connect a supported store, import its catalogue and define the areas customers can personalize. Zakeke's Visual Product Customizer adds artwork, text, rules and templates to those areas. The customer preview leads to an order with production files for each print area.
The back office provides PDF, PNG, SVG and DXF output at the configured physical size. The default resolution is 300 DPI and can be changed in Printing Methods. DXF requires vector paths: raster artwork is omitted unless it has been vectorized. Standard DXF joins paths with some loss of curve accuracy; DXF HQ retains finer geometry but produces segmented paths.
Store plugins cover platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. A custom API route supports other integrations. Product setup can be tried in the back office without connecting a store, although live selling needs that connection.

Discounted annual billing is available. The 14-day trial needs no card, and use requires registration. Grow adds branding removal and dynamic pricing. Sales fees apply per customized item before tax and shipping, with a USD 0.03 minimum per item. The separate 3D and AR Viewer is excluded.
Customers retain rights to their uploaded content. Zakeke's service licence does not provide blanket rights to third-party artwork or other supplied content.
