What it does

Selligent Marketing Automation is Zeta's platform for audience selection, personalised messages and multichannel journeys. Recurring campaigns can rescan a segment on a schedule; teams arrange a demonstration with Zeta and use administrator-managed accounts.

A recurring journey rescans its audience at each scheduled run. Select a published message, choose its audience segment and set both the active window and the sending schedule. The repeat-send switch determines whether previous recipients can receive the same message again. Keep that switch off for a scheduled send intended only for newly eligible contacts.

Pause and Deactivate have different consequences. Pausing suspends sends while existing email and page links remain available; deactivation also makes those links unavailable. After editing paused content, publish the changes before reactivation or the journey can launch with its last published version.

For a birthday campaign, create the date comparison in the audience-list segment when it is too complex for the journey's constraint builder. Lists configured to require a segment will not execute the journey until one is selected.

Access depends on the login setup used by your organisation. In environments using Zeta Login, administrators create users there and synchronise them to Selligent. Permissions, groups and folder rights still belong in Selligent. Other environments create users in the Admin Config Tool's Users area. Ask the administrator which route applies before requesting access to a campaign folder.

Zeta offers a demonstration and implementation help for the platform. Include the customer systems that will supply the audience: the product lists connections to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Shopify and Magento.
