What it does
Zid connects an online store with retail operations, payments, shipping and inventory. Warehouses can serve different sales channels, and transfers include destination receipts. Starter is free for ongoing use; merchant registration uses email or Google, with verification.
A Zid warehouse transfer starts with a team member's request. The merchant accepts, rejects or adjusts it, then records the quantity received at the destination. Requesting stock and receiving it are separate steps; a shop waiting for a delivery should check the receipt before relying on that quantity.
Warehouses can serve selected sales channels, and city-based product display can reflect the customer's location. Stocktaking selects warehouses and products, tracks differences and produces a report of differences and costs while sales continue.
| Package | Access | Team members | Store capabilities |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free forever | 1 | Bank transfer and cash on delivery |
| Launch | Paid subscription | 1 | Adds a custom domain and advanced payments |
| Growth | Paid subscription | 5 | Adds tax/invoice settings and CSS customization |
| Professional | Quote | 20 | Broader operating capacity |
Starter permits unlimited products, orders and customers. Confirm the warehouse configuration in the proposal; the entry catalogue does not establish access to every inventory feature.
Saudi merchant setup accepts email or Google, verifies email and mobile number, then collects the store's name, activity and location. Business-document and store-verification steps follow inside the dashboard.
