What it does

ZingHR combines employee administration, recruitment, workforce management, payroll, performance and learning. Its workforce tools bring attendance and leave inputs into payroll review, with separate views for employees, managers and payroll administrators.

Configure shifts, mobile attendance boundaries, leave and overtime in Attribute Configuration, with rules varying by grade, location or workforce type. Attendance can come from biometric clocks, mobile check-in or supervisor entry.

Managers inspect exceptions. Payroll's comparison with the previous month highlights starters, leavers, salary revisions and loss of pay, helping reviewers trace the underlying change before approval. Employees can view attendance, leave balances and overtime credits.

Commercial and account access

ZingHR quotes for the required configuration. Its published cancellation policy describes recurring subscriptions with automatic renewal and asks for cancellation notice at least 15 days before the term ends. It also states that unused time is not refunded. Confirm the term and any implementation services in your order.

Employee access uses an organization account. If the registered email address is missing or incorrect, involve your HR team before attempting account recovery. Plan the approval responsibilities as carefully as the attendance collection methods.

  • Attendance policies can differ by grade, work location and workforce type.

Watch out for

  • Subscriptions renew automatically, with advance cancellation notice and no refund for unused time under the published policy.

Best for
