What it does
Zoho Books manages customer invoices, vendor bills, expenses and accounting reports. Its US Free plan is available while annual revenue stays at or below $50,000, with one user and an accountant. Paid tiers add bank feeds, project billing, inventory and deeper reporting. Limits and tax features differ between country editions.
Which US plan covers the work?
The Free plan allows 1,000 invoices and 1,000 expenses a year. It includes bank reconciliation, but connected bank feeds start with Standard. Professional adds inventory, timesheets, purchase orders and project profitability.
| Plan | USD per organization/month | Main step up |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Revenue eligibility and annual transaction caps |
| Standard | $20 | Bank feeds and three users |
| Professional | $50 | Projects, inventory and five users |
| Premium | $70 | Budgets, fixed assets and ten users |
| Elite | $150 | Warehouses, serial numbers and batch tracking |
| Ultimate | $275 | Advanced analytics and fifteen users |
These are monthly-billed prices before local taxes; annual billing is cheaper. Paid plans can be tried for 14 days.
Set the organization up carefully
Sign up with your company name, email and phone number, then choose the appropriate country edition. In Settings, open Profile under Organization to review the legal name, address and regional settings. Country and currency changes have restrictions, so check them before recording transactions.
For a stock seller, Professional connects purchase orders and stock counts with invoicing. A business needing warehouse and serial-number tracking would need Elite or higher.
